Cookie policy

1. What this page covers

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) dreao.com uses, in line with the Italian Data Protection Authority's cookie guidelines of 10 June 2021. The controller is EDLU S.R.L.S., contact hello@dreao.com.

When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all, reject all or choose. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and closing the banner without a choice is not consent. Until you consent, no analytics or marketing script is loaded.

2. Technical cookies and storage (always on)

These are needed for the site to work and do not require consent:

• dreao_consent (cookie, 180 days): remembers your cookie choices. After 180 days we ask again.
• dreao_library (cookie, 30 days): keeps you signed in to My Art. It is set only when you sign in and deleted when you sign out.
• dreao-cart-v2 (browser local storage, until you empty the cart or clear your browser data): remembers the works in your cart.
• dreao-purchase-[order number] (browser local storage): records that an order page has already been shown, so the cart is emptied once and a purchase is not counted twice.
• Stripe cookies (such as __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid), only on the checkout page: set by Stripe to process the payment securely and prevent fraud.

We also count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, provided by our hosting provider. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device: it records only aggregated, anonymous data (pages viewed, referring site, country, device type), and visitors are not identified or followed across sites or days. For this reason it does not require consent.

3. Analytics cookies (with consent)

If you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 (possibly through Google Tag Manager) to count visits and understand which pages and works interest visitors. Google sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_[ID], which last up to 2 years.

We use Google Consent Mode v2 in its basic form: before your choice, Google's tags are not loaded at all.

4. Marketing cookies (with consent)

If you accept marketing, we load the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure the results of our ads and show our works to people who may like them. Meta sets cookies such as _fbp and _fbc, which last up to 90 days. If you accept, Google advertising signals are also enabled through Consent Mode.

Data collected by these tools are also processed by Google and Meta under their own privacy policies, and may be transferred to the United States (see the Privacy policy).

5. Changing or withdrawing your consent

You can change your choices at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw a consent, we delete the Google and Meta cookies set on dreao.com and reload the page without those tools.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking technical cookies may stop the cart or My Art from working.

6. Links to social networks

The links to Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest are plain links: they set no cookies on dreao.com. Those sites apply their own cookie policies when you visit them.
