DREAO

Terms of sale

Last updated 8 October 2026

1. Who we are

DREAO is a brand of EDLU S.R.L.S., an Italian simplified limited liability company (S.R.L.S.) with registered office at Via Eutropio 19, 00136 Roma (RM), Italia, VAT number 16361711001, tax code 16361711001, certified email (PEC) edlu@legalmail.it.

You can reach us at hello@dreao.com. We answer in English or Italian, usually within two working days.

These terms apply to every purchase made on dreao.com. They are available in English and Italian; you can read, save and print them at any time from this page.

2. What we sell

DREAO sells digital art editions: high-resolution image files (JPG) that you download and print yourself. No physical product is shipped.

Each purchase is one file for the work, orientation and size you choose (Small, Medium or Large). The product page shows the maximum print size the file is made for. The files are delivered with the personal-use license described in the License page, which is part of these terms.

The shop is meant for consumers buying for their own private use. A business license is not yet available.

3. Prices, VAT and payment

Prices are in euro and are final prices: each file costs €15, Italian VAT (IVA) at 22% included. There are no shipping costs or other charges.

You can pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details are entered in Stripe's secure fields and never reach our servers. The amount is charged when you place the order.

After payment you get a payment receipt in My Art. If you ask for an invoice at checkout, we issue it with the details you provide.

4. How the contract is made

  • Choose a work, its orientation and size, and add it to your cart.
  • At checkout enter your email, full name and country and, if you want an invoice, your billing details. You can check and correct everything, or change the cart, until you press the pay button.
  • Before paying you must tick two boxes: the request for immediate access to the digital content with the acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal (see section 6), and the acceptance of these terms and of the License.
  • The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed. The order page then shows your downloads and we send an order confirmation to your email.

We store each order with the date, the items, the amount and the version of the terms and of the withdrawal acknowledgement you accepted. You can see your orders and receipts at any time in My Art.

5. Delivery and downloads

The file is available immediately after payment, on the order page and through the link in the confirmation email.

Each download link allows up to 10 downloads per work and stays valid for 30 days. Each download starts from a secure link that works for a few minutes.

Your works stay available in My Art: sign in with the email used for the order (by password or by a sign-in link we email you). When a download link has expired or reached its limit, My Art issues a new one automatically.

Keep a copy of your files. If you cannot download a file, write to us and we will help or send a new link.

You need an internet connection, a current web browser and software that opens JPG files. The files are in sRGB colour, prepared for printing at 300 DPI.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase (art. 52 of the Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005).

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right is lost once supply has begun with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right (art. 59(1)(o) of the Consumer Code). At checkout you ask for immediate access and acknowledge this loss; the right of withdrawal ends when your download becomes available.

If, for reasons on our side, the file is not made available to you, the right of withdrawal is not lost and you get a full refund. Details are in the Withdrawal and refunds page.

7. Conformity of the digital content

We are responsible for supplying files that match their description on the site and work as stated (art. 135-octies and following of the Consumer Code, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/770). We are liable for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of supply and becomes apparent within two years.

If a file is corrupted, does not open, does not match the work or size you bought, or cannot be downloaded, tell us at hello@dreao.com. We will first replace it with a conforming file free of charge, within a reasonable time. If that is not possible or does not happen, you are entitled to a price reduction or to end the contract with a full refund.

Differences in colour or texture due to your screen, printer, paper or print settings are not a lack of conformity.

8. Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control, by how the files are printed, or by use of the files that breaks the License.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Code.

9. Governing law, courts and complaints

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer resident in another country, you keep the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of that country.

For consumers in Italy, the court of the place where the consumer lives has jurisdiction (art. 66-bis of the Consumer Code). Consumers resident elsewhere in the EU can also bring proceedings before the courts of their own country.

If something goes wrong, write to us first at hello@dreao.com: we will try to solve it quickly. You can also use an out-of-court dispute resolution (ADR) body for consumer disputes, as provided by the Consumer Code, or contact the European Consumer Centre of your country for cross-border disputes. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued in July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and is no longer available.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each order is governed by the version you accepted at checkout, which we keep on record with the order.
