The story

The doors have been left open since morning. Warm air moves through the curtains while sunlight settles across the unmade bed and tiled floor. Outside, the town descends toward the sea in layers of pale walls, terracotta roofs and flowering balconies. The room asks for nothing to be arranged. For a few quiet hours, the view is enough.
