The story

The table is ready before the evening begins. Beneath the pergola, warm light falls across linen, wine glasses and stone while the lake catches the last gold of the sun. A small boat crosses the water toward the village and the mountains slowly disappear into violet shadow. Everything feels prepared, but no one has arrived yet. For a moment, the terrace belongs entirely to the view.
